Terms of Service

Effective 8 September 2026

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you (the customer) and Global Tech Develop Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16250551) with its registered office at 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX ("SyncSocialFlow", "we", "us").

By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. What the service is

SyncSocialFlow is software that schedules and publishes content you supply, to social media accounts you control, either by driving Android handsets that you own and operate, or through a platform's own official interface using developer credentials you supply. It consists of a hosted web application, an agent program you install on your own computer, and the automation that runs on your phones.

SyncSocialFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of any social media platform. We do not act as your agent with those platforms and we have no relationship with them on your behalf.

3. Your account with us

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
  • You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and API keys, and for everything done under your account.
  • You must give us accurate contact and billing details and keep them current.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

4. Your content and your accounts

You own your content. You keep all rights in the videos, images, captions and other material you upload. You grant us only the licence we need to run the service for you: to store your content, process it (for example to make clips or thumbnails you have asked for), transfer it to your own phones, and publish it to the destinations you schedule. That licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, apart from copies in routine backups until they expire.

You own your social media accounts and your developer credentials. SyncSocialFlow does not create social media accounts and does not hold your passwords for them — you sign in by hand on the handset, or you supply the platform's own developer app credentials, which we store encrypted and use only to publish on your behalf. You confirm that every account you connect is yours, or that you have the account holder's documented permission to publish to it.

You confirm you have all rights needed to publish the content you upload, and that publishing it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break any law.

5. Acceptable use

The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms. In short: your own content, to your own accounts, no fake accounts, no engagement automation, no impersonation, no scraping. Breaching it is a breach of these terms.

6. Platform terms and fees are your responsibility

Automating a mobile app, or publishing through a platform's API, can be subject to that platform's own terms, review and fees. You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for reading and complying with the terms of every platform you publish to.
  • Where a platform requires its own developer app, review or verification (for example Meta, TikTok or YouTube), obtaining and maintaining that is your responsibility, on your own developer account.
  • Where a platform charges for posting through its API (for example X/Twitter), those charges are yours and are billed to your own developer account by that platform; we do not front or resell them unless we have agreed that with you in writing.
  • Those platforms may restrict, suspend or delete your accounts, with or without warning or explanation, and we have no control over and no influence on that.
  • We make no representation that using SyncSocialFlow complies with any platform's terms, and we do not indemnify you against the consequences if it does not.
  • We do not sell concealment. We make no claim that automated posting goes unnoticed by the platforms, and we do not build features intended to defeat a platform's security or integrity checks.

7. What you must provide

You supply and are responsible for the handsets, SIM cards, mobile data, network connectivity, the always-on computer running the agent, and the electricity to run them. Enabling USB debugging on a handset reduces its security; you accept that risk and are responsible for the physical security of the phones.

8. Fees

  • Paid plans are charged per connected phone, per calendar month, in advance, in pounds sterling, at the rates published on our pricing page.
  • The free tier covers a single phone at no charge.
  • Payments are taken by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not store your card details.
  • Prices are stated exclusive of VAT. VAT is added where it applies.
  • Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month, and you keep access until then.
  • Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise — including your statutory rights if you are a consumer. Adding phones mid-month is charged from the date you add them; removing phones takes effect at the next renewal.
  • If a payment fails we may retry it and, after reasonable notice, suspend paid features until it is settled.
  • We may change prices on reasonable written notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

9. Availability and honest limits

We work to keep the service running but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and no service level applies unless we have agreed one with you in writing. In particular, and by design:

  • Nothing posts while your computer, network or phones are off, offline or asleep. That part of the chain is yours.
  • Posting flows are recorded against a version of a third-party app. When that app changes, a flow can stop working until it is re-recorded, and posts scheduled in the meantime may fail.
  • Where a publish step cannot be confirmed, SyncSocialFlow records the outcome as unknown and stops rather than repeating a step that may already have completed. Some outcomes are genuinely unknown.
  • We make no promise about reach, views, followers, sales or any other result of publishing your content.

10. Suspension and termination

  • You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach the Acceptable Use Policy, if your use puts our systems or other customers at risk, if we are required to by law, or if fees are unpaid after reasonable notice.
  • Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right first.
  • On termination we will make your content available for a reasonable period for export, then delete it in line with the Privacy Policy.

11. Our intellectual property

The software, the site and the SyncSocialFlow name remain ours. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or offer the hosted service to third parties as your own, except as these terms or applicable law allow. Recordings you make of your own posting flows remain usable by you within the service.

12. Disclaimers and liability

Except as expressly stated, the service is provided as-is and we exclude all implied warranties to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data, or the restriction, suspension or loss of any social media account; and our total liability to you for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. If you are a consumer, this section does not affect your statutory rights, and we remain liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill.

13. Indemnity

If you are a business, you will cover our reasonable losses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your content, your use of the service in breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, and any third-party claim that your published content infringed their rights. We will tell you promptly of any such claim, let you control its defence for claims covered by this indemnity, and not settle it in a way that admits fault on your part without your consent. This section does not apply to you as a consumer.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give you reasonable notice by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, you may close your account.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — except that, if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your own home courts. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
