Acceptable Use Policy

Effective 8 September 2026 · Part of the Terms of Service

SyncSocialFlow publishes your own content to social media accounts you control. This policy sets the line between that and misuse. Breaking it is a breach of the Terms of Service, and we may suspend or close an account that does. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask us first at support@syncsocialflow.com.

What SyncSocialFlow is for

  • Publishing content you have the right to publish to accounts that are yours, or that you have the account holder's documented permission to post to.
  • Scheduling and organising that content, and seeing honestly what happened to each post.

What you must not do

  • No fake or bought accounts. Do not use the service with accounts created in someone else's name, bought, or run to misrepresent who is behind them.
  • No engagement automation. The service publishes posts. Do not attempt to use it, or any account connected to it, to automate likes, follows, comments, views, direct messages or other engagement, or to inflate metrics.
  • No impersonation of any person, business or organisation, and no content that is deliberately misleading about its source.
  • No scraping or harvesting of data from any platform, and no use of the service to collect personal data without a lawful basis.
  • No spam: no posting identical or near-identical content across many accounts to manipulate a platform, and no bulk unsolicited messaging.
  • Nothing unlawful or harmful: no content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative of children, or that promotes violence or self-harm; and no malware.
  • No defeating platform or security controls. Do not use the service to circumvent a platform's rate limits, integrity systems or account protections, or to attack, probe or overload any system, ours or anyone else's.
  • No reselling the hosted service to third parties as your own, except as the Terms of Service allow.

Platforms have their own rules

Each social media platform sets its own terms, and automating a mobile app or posting through an API can breach them. Complying with the terms of every platform you publish to is your responsibility — see section 6 of the Terms of Service. We make no claim that using SyncSocialFlow complies with any platform's rules, and we do not build features intended to hide automated posting from a platform.

Reporting misuse

If you believe an account is being used in breach of this policy, tell us at support@syncsocialflow.com and we will look into it.
